Raffle tickets are sold in blocks of 5 for £10, 30 for £50.

Our Promise

Money raised goes towards acquiring MyHealthnet outreach office, providing Sexual and Reproductive Health Services, renting or purchasing Youth Health Bus and funding of the 'Educate for Life Programme'.

DONORS AND SPONSORS/CONTRIBUTORS:

All donors and sponsors are in with a chance to win but sponsors and high level donors will have extra opportunity for 'the big prize'. Seating with favourite dignitaries in reserved areas can be arranged!!! Depending on donation, everyone receives ticket with a serial number.

Donors thank you for your donations. Donating money allows us to run our services. Remember, your donation of money enables us to purchase and or develop educational materials, pay for condoms, STD/STI test kits, venues for conference, pay for services, make capital investments, and other service expenses.

You can donate in two ways:

Option 1, (preferred option) visit myhealthnet then click the ‘donate’ button on the menu bar to take you to the required page. On the donate page, click yellow donate button, this will bring the donation form. Now download and complete form, choose the amount and method of payment. If donating by direct debit, complete and post the donate form to your bank; if you have online banking facility, take charity account details and set it up within 2minutes for a small amount monthly. Or,

Option 2, Debit / Credit card donation - simply call your credit company or bank, give the charity bank details and make payments as preferred. Or,

Option 3, donate through our professional fundraiser everyclick, they charge 5% of what you donate. Click the red button on the donate page and it will take you to their donate page at everyclick follow the instructions to donate. We would like to acknowledge our donors so, please send us your details and amount donated donors@myhealthnet.org.uk thank you.

You can donate unwanted gifts and prizes for the night.

Your donated gifts items may include:

New or fairly new car for major prize, electronics, gadgets, bicycles, paintings, general office equipments, home items, sports and fitness gifts and products, services, and educational materials.
Example of gifts are:
Office Space, equipments, Units and Furniture; Holidays, Hotel Breaks, Free Conference Venues, Beauty Spa, Free Flights anywhere, Car, Season Tickets for Theatre, Amusements Parks, Events or Travels; Bus, Crates of beverages, champagne, New sports fashion, gears; other fashion items, Professional services, Health Advice and Education Materials; Condoms, Phones, Laptops, Wii Games, IT/Web services, LCD TV, MP3 etc.

All items and benefits received will be raffled or sold to raise funds. Prizes will be presented on the night. Unused gift will be saved for youth competitions and local events, or recycled at MyHealthnet.
